Bad Registration / Can't Activate Account / No Confirmation Email
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email and haven’t activated your account, please try registering again. You’ll see “email already exists” — in that case, use the “Reset Password” (or “Forgot Password”) option to create a new password and activate your account automatically. Contact us if needed.
Pre-Payment Order Not Completed
Please ask us about your personal discount plan (due to the issue) — we have one for you. Pre-order again using the online form. Your pre-order will now be processed correctly. Over time, we are going to review all missed pre-payment orders and contact the affected users. We can now process both previous and new orders. Feel free to contact us for more details.
No Email Notifications
Check your spam folder for emails with keywords like “Outlines,” “getoutlines,” “blueprints,” or “drawings.” Add our emails (@getoutlines.com and backup @gmail.com addresses) to your contacts. You can also just continue using Outlines — this issue is now fixed.
No Reset Password Email
Try resetting your password again. Click “Log in” and then select “Forgot Password” in the sign-in dialog.
No Invoice/Receipt
If you haven’t received your invoice or receipt, contact us manually. For all future purchases, invoices will be sent automatically.
