Troubleshooting

Purchased blueprints

Fonts are broken or missing in downloaded files
Please install our Font Fix for older blueprints. It fixes font issues in the document with one click.

The purchased blueprint does not download
Please contact us.

One or more file formats are missing
Please contact us.

The purchased blueprint does not open in my software
Please send us the version of your software, your operating system, and the file format you are trying to open.

The EPS file size is too large
Please install our application for reducing EPS file sizes.

SVG opens at an incorrect (very large) scale in the browser
Please install SVG Fix.

Custom Orders (ex-Pre-orders and Prepays)

The development deadline (up to 7 days) is approaching, but my blueprint is not ready yet
Please contact us — in some cases development may be delayed.

I purchased a ready blueprint and ordered an additional top view. When will I receive it?
The top view is developed separately and usually takes up to 7 business days. Once the additional top view is ready, it will appear in your My Downloads section.

How can I clarify details of my custom order request (model, variant, body style)?
You can specify all details in the Request Form. You may also send additional information or reference photos to us by email.

Checkout & Billing Issues

I’m having trouble with payment
Please contact us by email.

I did not receive an invoice / receipt
Please check your inbox and Spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us. Invoices are also available on your My Downloads page.

I need to add additional details to the invoice (Tax ID / VAT number / address, etc.)
Please use the form on your My Downloads page to update your information or contact us — we will issue an updated invoice.

I accidentally ordered an extra blueprint
Please contact us to request a refund.

Requests

I submitted a blueprint request. When will I receive a response?
We aim to review requests as quickly as possible.

If you selected “I want a paid blueprint”, we will check feasibility and send you a Custom Order link (formerly referred to as prepay or pre-order). After payment, development starts immediately, and the blueprint will be available in your Downloads page within 3–7 business days.

If we determine that the requested blueprint cannot be created, you will receive a notification.

You may submit the request again with more details, such as:
• production year
• specific version or modification
• body type
• other relevant information

If you submitted a “Free Request,” you can re-submit it as a “Paid Request” to speed up processing and development (recommended for business use).

Can I contact you for occasional or one-off vehicle wrap projects?
Yes. Our process is designed for both mass-production requests and studios or independent designers working on occasional or one-off vehicle wrap projects. There are no minimums to access our online services.

Registration & Login

I don’t receive the email confirmation message
Please contact us from your email address or use the “Resend confirmation email” option during registration. We can also confirm your account manually.

Vector blueprints

Are your blueprints drawn to scale?
Yes, all our blueprints are created using a consistent 1:10 scale. Measurements can be interpreted in millimeters (mm), inches, or feet, depending on your workflow.

We recommend verifying all critical dimensions against the actual vehicle before production. Dimensional variations may occur due to regional versions, model years, factory modifications, optional equipment, differences in official specifications or reference drawings, and minor tolerances within the templates themselves.

What file formats are available?
You can find the list of available formats on each product page.

Which software supports your files?
Our files are supported by many widely used professional applications and workflows.

AI ∙ EPS ∙ PDF ∙ SVG
Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer, Inkscape, Figma, modern web browsers, and RIP systems such as Onyx, Caldera, Roland VersaWorks, Mimaki FlexiSign, RasterLink, and Epson Edge Print.

DWG ∙ DXF
AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, Rhino, SketchUp, Blender, LibreCAD, CorelCAD.

DXF ∙ 3D
Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Softimage|3D and Alias (for SGI IRIX), Houdini, LightWave 3D, Cinema 4D, as well as game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine (typically via DCC conversion), primarily for importing 2D curves and basic geometry into film, animation, visualization, and game production pipelines.

Compatibility may vary depending on your equipment, software versions, and operating system. We recommend testing the files in your specific environment. Our team is here to help you achieve the best possible compatibility.

Do you provide interior or internal cargo area drawings (flooring or side lining layouts)?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide interior or internal cargo area drawings, including flooring or side lining layouts. We focus on exterior vehicle templates only.

Requests, Custom Orders, and Vectors

I see the statuses REQUEST, CUSTOM ORDER, and VECTOR on your site. What do they mean, and how can I order a blueprint?
These statuses indicate the current availability or production stage of a blueprint:

• Request — the blueprint is not available as a ready-made vector and can be requested for review
• Custom Order — the blueprint can be produced as a made-to-order vector with a fixed price
• Vector — the blueprint is available as a ready-made editable vector for instant download

What are your pricing options? Do you sell individual blueprints or offer subscriptions?
Templates are priced individually, but we do offer bulk options and can also discuss subscription access if that’s something your team would find useful.

Free raster blueprints

How can I upload images to your site?
Please use the image submission form.

Can I use free images from your website?
Yes, provided that you include a source credit.

Can I upgrade a free raster blueprint to a vector version?
Yes. You can upgrade a free raster blueprint by requesting a Custom Order for that specific vehicle in vector format.

You may also provide a raster reference image (including a free blueprint) as a sample, and we will produce a paid vector version based on it.

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit / debit cards (processed by PayPal, no account required), and international bank transfer (SWIFT / IBAN, USD or EUR).

Bank transfers take 1–3 business days, but your blueprint may be delivered earlier — just contact us.
