Email Infrastructure
These domains are part of our official infrastructure and are used exclusively for:
• transactional emails
• service notifications
• newsletters and product updates
All emails are authenticated using industry-standard methods (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and are operated by Outlines.
Official domains
The following domains are part of the Outlines email infrastructure:
• getoutlines.com — main website
• getoutlines2.com — email delivery and mailing infrastructure
If you received an email from one of these domains, it was sent by Outlines.
Backup Email Address
In rare cases (for example, delivery issues), Outlines may send messages from a backup email address.
This address is used only when necessary to ensure critical notifications are delivered, such as:
• pre-order status updates
• custom request notifications
• delivery or access issues
A backup address may include:
• g**2@gmail.com
If you are expecting an email from Outlines and don’t see it, please:
• check your Spam folder
• make sure Outlines email addresses are added to your safe sender list or whitelist
